Im Ashram singen wir Mantras und Bhajans.<\/p>\n

Mantras haben einen besonderen Klang, der eine besondere Schwingung im K\u00f6rper erzeugt. Es kann ein Wort sein, ein Satz oder eine poetische Zeile mit einer positiven Intention.<\/p>\n

Die meisten Mantras wurden schon vor Jahrhunderten gesungen und werden bis heute benutzt. Ein Mantra zu singen bewegt die Energie in unserem K\u00f6rper und hilft dabei, sich f\u00fcr die Liebe, die Weisheit und das G\u00f6ttliche in uns zu \u00f6ffnen.Bhajans sind devotionale Lieder. Sie helfen, sich mit dem h\u00f6heren Bewusstsein zu verbinden und Freude und inneren Frieden zu erfahren.<\/p>\n

In der Hindu Theologie ist Ganesha eine Manifestation Gottes. Ganeshas Aufgabe ist es, Hindernisse sowohl in der realen als auch in der spirituellen Welt zu beseitigen. Diese drei Mantren, die wir singen, stehen in einer starken wechselseitigen Beziehung mit der Qualit\u00e4t unserer Spiritualit\u00e4t, erlauben sie doch der Kraft unseres wahren Selbst, jeden Aspekt unseres Lebens zu beeinflussen.
