Mantra-mantra memiliki suara yang khusus yang mengakibatkan getaran-getaran tertentu pada tubuh. Itu bisa saja sebuah kata, sebuah kalimat atau syair dengan niat yang positif.<\/p>\n

Sebagian besar mantra telah digunakan selama berabad-abad dan masih tetap dilantunkan hingga hari ini. Malantunkan mantra menggerakkan energi di dalam tubuh kita dan membantu membuka jalan cinta, kebijaksanaan dan ke-Tuhanan.<\/p>\n

Bhajan adalah lagu-lagu pemujaan. Mereka membantu menghubungkan diri kita dengan kesadaran yang lebih tinggi dan untuk mengalami kebahagiaan dan kedamaian di dalam diri.<\/p>\n
